What is the end date of the promotion?
Every competition has the start date and the end date clearly stated in the competition Terms & Conditions.
If a competition has finished you won’t be able to enter your details.

How many prizes are there?
Each competition page on Coffee News Prizes states the number of prizes to be won.

When will the winner be drawn?
The draw dates for each competition are stated in the competition Terms & Conditions.

How will I find out if I’m a winner?
All winners will be notified on the date stated in the Terms & Conditions. Winners will either be notified by phone, mail or email depending on the prize.

Where will the winners details be published?
The winners details will be published in the paper edition(s) of Coffee News on the date specified in the Terms and Conditions
for each competition, as well as on Coffee News Prizes website.

What is the prize and value?
The prize and the prize value will be stated on the competition page for each competition.

Can I enter more than once?
Each competition will differ.  Check the individual Terms & Conditions for each competition.

How much does it cost to enter?
Entry is free! 

When will I receive my prize?
When you are notified that you are a winner, you’ll also be notified of the timeframe in which you can expect to receive your prize.

Who is the promoter?
Janahar Promotions is the promoter for competitions on Coffee News Prizes, unless stated otherwise in the Terms & Conditions.

When I enter a competition, what does Coffee News Prizes do with my personal details?
Coffee News Prizes will only use your personal details to draw the competition and contact you if you win.
If  you have specifically consented to be contacted by a Coffee News Prizes competition partner, by ticking the contact consent on the competition form, your personal details will be sent to the competition partner for them to contact you.
Coffee News Prizes might also use and disclose information in aggregate form for marketing and strategic development purposes. In this instance, your personal details are never disclosed to any third party and no individuals are ever identified.

As a member, when will I be contacted by Coffee News Prizes?
As a member you will only be contacted by Coffee News Prizes:

• When you win a competition  OR
• If you have opted-in to receive competition updates from Coffee News Prizes at the time of joining. The competition updates will be emailed to you as new competitions become available.

How can I stop being sent Coffee News Prizes updates?
